Founded by Ally Fekaiki, Juno is the all-in-one, global employee benefits platform offering flexible, inclusive, and socially conscious workplace benefits designed for remote teams.

In 2023, Our Life’s Work was commissioned to transform Juno’s marketing website.  This project encompassed a complete redesign and rebuild, focusing on making Juno’s employee benefits feel current and aspirational, while reflecting Juno's ethos of flexibility and inclusivity.  We created a visual representation of the daily burdens and stresses employees encounter in the form of a calendar, showcased the full potential of the AI-powered marketplace, and presented Juno's core features through a bento grid.  Interactive elements included an overview of what Juno Points ® are and how to use them, and a global map featuring real member stories.  We also incorporated a wall of testimonials to give voice to client experiences.
